I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and prompt in taking and preparing my order. Although my ice cream coffee was initially overlooked, the employee at the register quickly caught the mistake and informed the barista. She promptly made my ice cream coffee and even upgraded it to a larger size as an apology for the mix-up. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond, especially since I was on a tight schedule. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
The employees at this location are among the most unfriendly and rude people I have ever met! Not to mention they screw up every order they make and when you ask them to fix it the become rude and belligerent. The whipped cream and sweet cream are always left un refrigerated causing them to taste terrible and 9 times out of 10 the coffee has grinds in it. Absolutely disgusting. Dunkin’ Donuts will no longer be getting my business
