This place is AWESOME during the week - especially the early morning crew. They are always attentive, fast and extremely polite. The weekend crew doesn't mimic that. They seem to be slower and often give me a hard time when my on the Go order is not punctual, according to their standards - yes, Monday to Friday crew have no problem. I will often say that my on the run order should be earlier so that they have it ready. I have two problems with it. First, the cell signal in this area is quite bad and it takes a while to go through. Second, I'm just curious when they give people who order on the hard drive a hard time instead of by the app. It is not as if the employees know what they order be...

This place is hit or miss. On the weekdays usually pretty good but the weekends not so much. I got parked for my two drinks I ordered one vanilla bean frozen coffee, the other a strawberry SMOOTHIE. after waiting 3 minutes a young man walks out and hands me my “smoothie” and coffee I asked if this was a strawberry smoothie and he replied “yes!” With an unpleasant attitude. It intact was NOT a smoothie it was a milkshake. Now I’m all the way home when the problem could’ve been corrected if the employees weren’t rude and knew how to do their job. Very disappointed I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on. Hash browns I received were extremely soggy and mushy.

Staff very pleasant and service was quick.
