Ordered at At the drive-through. My husband said my coffee order. The Dunkin employee asked him to repeat it. So we assumed he didn’t hear him well. So he Repeated it, maybe an octave louder. The employee rudely said to him he didn’t have to yell it he could hear him. We were both kind of taken back by his comment seeing that he works in customer service. He asked if we needed anything else we told him no. And he yelled back “OK” over the speaker at us.When we pulled up to the window, he approached with my coffee. Asked us if we had a problem. I had a wonderful experience at Dunkin' Donuts today! The young man working there was absolutely delightful, with a great smile and even swirled my coffee for me. The coffee was perfect and I was very impressed. I would give this place a 5-star rating without a doubt. I tried calling to speak to the manager to give my compliments, but unfortunately, no one answered. This seems like a great place for in-house training. Thank you to the sweet young man who made my day!

If you want to pay 5.00 for a coffee fixed wrong come here. Last time for me. Go up the road to Henny Penny for half price brew your own cup, fix it your way minus the wait and attitude. Rant over.
