Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I've been coming here since 2020 and the service quality was probably a 4 star, but since late August things have turned for the worst. They have more workers than they need in the morning and yet there's a big delay, missed orders and lukewarm food. I canmake an order through the app at either points of the day and there's still a delay?? I can be the only one on the drive-thruline and still have to wait 5-7 minutes?? And then my order comes out lukewarm?? Something is wring here...I have a coffeemachine so I don't need to come here..I choose to come because I like Dunkin.

I ordered a drink through UberEats, and there was a mistake with my order. I requested a matcha latte, but I received a macchiato instead. When I called to address the issue, one of the staff members was quite rude, insisting that the order was correct. Clearly, it wasn’t, and they didn’t even bother to check the order before finalizing it. In the end, they promised to give me a free drink next time, but I'm skeptical that they'll follow through on that.

The drive-thru microphone and speaker were broken, so we had to place our order at the window. This wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit confusing since there were no signs indicating the change. Aside from that, the server was very friendly and accurately took my order. However, the wait was longer than we had anticipated. The donuts were surprisingly fresh, and everyone in our group really enjoyed the coffee and lemonade.

I left with my coffee only to realize it was made with milk. There was no sticker on the cup to confirm how it was prepared. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing it away—$4.50 wasted because they can't follow instructions. The service here is terrible compared to neighborhoods like Bethpage, Hicksville, and Long Beach. They have really bad customer service. I ordered snacking bacon at the drive thru and they gave me hash browns. The coffee tasted horrible, it didn?t even taste like coffee. They don?t even respond when you say good morning or thank you. Very badcustomer service.

This is the second time I received a burnt bagel. How is it acceptable to serve something like this? The worst part is that it was through the drive-thru, so I couldn't go back. I've now missed out on breakfast twice because of this.

The service was good, but there were some flies. It's not a bad place overall, but if you're bothered by flies, it might not be for you. I enjoyed my experience regardless; it has a nice atmosphere despite the presence of the flies.

The restaurant is extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious.

It's just okay. They never seem to get my coffee quite right, but it's satisfactory overall.
