Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

I have been going to this location for years and am always met with snappy attitude and poor service. I ordered a hot latte and they served it iced. Which I understand there are mistakes but when I brought it to their attention that I ordered it hot I was responded with no you didn 't, you ordered it iced. . The response is out of character for customer service. It doesn 't matter who is right or wrong, just remake the latte without the drama. They had me pull around front and brought out the correct drink to me. By the time I got home I looked inside the cup and they had filled it 2/3rds full. This location has always had a snap-back attitude and I 've always felt they are annoyed with serving anyone anything. The location further down on 17/92 is MUCH better with their polite attitudes and service. Don 't go to this one.

Donuts are delicious and will certainly give you diabetes... Coffee is truly amazing hot or iced... Yummy!!!

This location is very hit/miss. They got our order wrong more than once. But they are nice and helpful.
