I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich that tasted so bad I wondered if it was spoiled. When I finally managed to reach out to someone about it, I was assured that the store manager would get in touch with me, but that never happened. This was my first of two unpleasant experiences, although they weren't at the same location. It's one thing to acknowledge a customer's poor experience and try to make it right, but to have two negative experiences and promise action to improve customer loyalty, only to ignore it, is frustrating. I will never go here again. The workers have no idea what they are doing. Plus I get charged a different price every single day I go there? never make my order right especially that blonde women? she is super snotty and nasty I own a restaurant and I wouldfire her if she worked for me in a heartbeat? but then again I?ve noticed since the pandemic owners of anything and everythingdo not care about their businesses anymore?. Quality has went out the window?.but I will tell you one thing they keep raisingthe prices?
I ordered a coffee but received a vanilla bean instead, which was not what I wanted. I also asked for a frozen Matcha Latte, but what I got was just an icy drink with barely any latte in it—totally incorrect again! To top it off, the woman didn’t secure the lid on the Coolata properly, and it spilled out the window. Make sure to double-check your lids, everyone! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts!
I asked for almond milk because I forgot to mention it when I was placing my order. The staff member seemed annoyed with me for that. Instead of almond milk, they gave me regular milk, and now my stomach is upset. It's really their job to make coffee, and adding a milk substitute isn’t difficult or time-consuming. They acted as if I had ordered the entire menu, but all I got was a coffee and sweet tea.

Why is this Dunkin' still in business? They don't offer half the drinks on the menu, there's usually only one person working, and they run out of donuts by 9 AM every day. If you're craving a Boston Kreme, you better arrive right at opening time, just like it's Black Friday!
I visited the Dunkin' Donuts located at 45 South New York Ave in Galloway, NJ. The establishment was clean, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was fast and friendly, always greeting customers with a smile. I would definitely return to this location.
I placed an order through Uber Eats at this location, but unfortunately, I only received two donuts because they were out of everything else. It's hard to believe that a donut shop is out of donuts!
It's a great place, but I suggest staying away from the Dunkin' in Smithville, New Jersey if you're pressed for time and need to make it to work on time.

Just got a medium ice coffee im finally a happy customer wish i got guys name buy he had glasses and made my coffee excellent ill start coming here
They often run out of the items I've ordered, and they always mix up the coffee. It never turns out right. Make sure to bring a spoon!
