If negative stars were an option, I would give this place a thousand of them. I went in specifically to order a bagel and requested that it be lightly toasted because I dislike the taste of burnt food. Unfortunately, I ended up with a charred bagel. I took the time to go back and explained to the staff member that I had ordered a lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese. Instead of addressing my concern, he gave me a new bagel but added butter instead of cream cheese just to spite me. I didn't realize this until I returned to my workplace, and I refuse to go back a third time. This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever been to. I ordered a plain egg and cheese sandwich, and thankfully, I noticed that the man preparing my order had mistakenly added Rora strips to it. I was watching him without his knowledge. Once he realized the error, he removed the Rora strips and handed the sandwich to me. I was so frustrated that I raised my voice at him. Instead of apologizing, he started arguing with me. I strongly recommend avoiding this Dunkin' at the Roose Field Mall. You never know what you'll get, and it's incredibly disappointing.
I inquired if there was an additional charge for extra matcha, and was told it would cost me a dollar. I paid the amount in cash, but was never given a receipt—the employee simply kept the money. Additionally, it took a long time for my drinks to be prepared as requested. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t return, even if they gave me something for free.
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever been to! The issue isn’t the food, but the service. The staff are very rude and don’t smile or greet customers. Where is the manager?

The ice-cold cappuccino was delightful, and the service was fast. I visited while I was out shopping for Christmas, and their donuts are always a fantastic choice!
While on vacation, I ordered a coffee here. First, they got my order wrong, and second, the woman at the counter seemed very impatient with customers.
