I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Dunkin’. I never expected to encounter such rudeness and discrimination from the staff. My teenage daughter and I each had gift cards saved on our phones, and despite placing separate orders and both agreeing to cover any costs exceeding the card limits, the employee refused to accept them. Frustrated, we decided to try another Dunkin’ just two miles down the road on Applegarth Road, where we were able to order everything we wanted without any problems. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you're in a real bind!
I used to frequent this Dunkin' location, but on July 4, 2022, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru while picking up coffee and bagels. The employee was very rude, refusing to place the hot coffee cups in a cup holder and not handing them over properly. Their attitude and comments were highly unprofessional. I hope the owner addresses this issue. Although both Applegarth locations share the same owner, I’ve never experienced such poor service at the other spot near Walgreens, where the staff are always friendly and courteous.
I visit Dunkin' regularly, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and frequently mix up my orders. They are not very helpful when trying to fix mistakes, and I have even witnessed instances of racist behavior. The manager, in particular, seems arrogant and unprofessional. On my last visit, he appeared frustrated and made inappropriate remarks while handling my incorrect order. I cannot recommend this place.
I intend to call and discuss this with the manager because it's really a matter of principle. National Coffee Day is celebrated across the entire country, and this Dunkin' promoted the event outside. However, when I arrived, I was informed that they weren’t participating and that their system was down. I'm very disappointed with this local Dunkin'!

They wouldn’t serve us at the drive-thru because we were on bicycles. It might have been their policy, they might not have liked how we looked, or there could have been some other reason.
This Dunkin' location is much better than the other one. The service is fast, and the store is clean and well-kept. The only downside is that the bathroom faucet isn’t working.
I truly adore this location. I can always rely on them to get my order correct. I'm more than willing to go out of my way to dine here.
The food and service here are outstanding. The line moves quickly as well. I used the app today, and it functioned flawlessly!
