This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. Orders are often incorrect, and there's seldom any management around to address problems. The staff frequently say they struggle to understand English, which makes it hard to speak with a manager when needed. I've had my order mixed up multiple times and had to wait in line again because they didn’t fix the issue. The drive-thru line is long, orders are regularly wrong, and pre-orders for pickup are often missed since they don’t check the printer. Overall, management presence is lacking, and the customer service is disappointing.
The service at this Dunkin' location is quite unprofessional and rude. We waited at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging us. The only staff member who handles customers well is David; he always treats guests with respect and friendliness. Clearly, the other employees could benefit from customer service training. I come here nearly every day and have tried to ignore their unfriendly behavior, but after today, I just can’t put up with it anymore. I’d rather grab my coffee from a gas station than face this every morning.
I wasn't able to enter the restaurant, and sadly, the staff were not very accommodating. The prices were excessively high, and I even had to request a receipt because I felt they might be overcharging me. I visit every year for a family reunion and used to enjoy stopping by for coffee, donuts, and to use the restroom. It used to be a great spot, but lately, it's rarely open to customers. The drive-thru service is terrible, and the prices feel completely unjustified.
Dünkin, you continually get my order wrong. I ordered a large iced tea with lemon and 5 pumps of liquid sugar, but received a large iced tea with lemon and no sugar at all. When I returned it, they made me another drink, but this time without lemon and instead added hazelnut flavor. I'm really disappointed with this experience.

I used to go out of my way to visit this Dunkin' because they always got my order right. Sadly, it seems the staff are now more focused on goofing off than working, which has resulted in frequent mistakes with my orders. The girl at the drive-thru even has a bad attitude and often argues when she messes up the orders.
I go almost every morning for a coffee, and there's a fantastic woman at the pick-up window who always gets my order just right. She greets me with a smile and a friendly demeanor, which is truly remarkable for 6 AM! Thank you for the outstanding service!
Abigail was absolutely fantastic and prepared my coffee just the way I like it. I asked for extra cream cheese, and she gave me the perfect amount. Her friendliness really stood out, and I definitely plan on coming back. She deserves a raise!
My visit to this Dunkin' was rather disappointing. The service was slow and below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend coming here—there’s another Dunkin’ just five minutes away that offers a much better experience.

When I pointed out her mistake, she slammed her hand on the counter, which was entirely uncalled for. I won’t be returning.
The coffee here is exceptional! If you come in more than once a week, you'll be able to access the app.
