I'm not sure what happened this time. The service was good, but a few weeks ago, my experience was quite disappointing. The coffee lacks consistency, and when I ordered the MD StrawDrgnFrt Refresher, it tasted terrible. If they run out of an item, they should inform customers instead of just mixing something else and passing it off as the original order. The refresher tasted and felt more like tea. When I brought it up, the employee insisted it was strawberry, but it clearly wasn’t. Unfortunately, I think it's time for me to find a different spot, which is really disappointing.

The refresher tasted like tea, and when I mentioned it, the employee insisted it was strawberry, which wasn’t cool. I think it might be time for me to find a new place, which is really sad.
The restaurant's cleanliness was disappointing. My order took a long time to be processed, and when I was there, there were four people in front of me who had been waiting for over five minutes. After waiting for about three to four minutes without any movement, I decided to leave.
I always appreciate their fresh coffee, and they consistently get my order correct! I'm quite particular about how I like my coffee and bagels, as well as other items from Dunkin'. I've been to this location at least 20 times, and they've never disappointed me. Thank you!

I visited this Dunkin' Donuts and was met with very rude service from the woman behind the counter. I bought some stale donuts and requested to exchange them for fresh ones, but the experience was the worst service I've ever encountered.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, where a delightful pair of ladies with cheerful personalities served me during my quick breakfast visit. I was very satisfied with my time there.
I ordered a coffee with milk, but it looked like it was just black coffee. I also requested strawberry cream cheese, but they served me plain cream cheese instead.
This morning at 6:03 AM, a lady was very rude to me. She doesn’t know how to serve customers or communicate properly. Please consider addressing this behavior.
