I hope the owner and management see this because I had a really negative experience with a woman who works on Monday nights. I went to pick up an order through Uber Eats, and she yelled at me, insisting that I needed to cancel it. She falsely claimed that they closed at 9:30 when they're actually open until 10, and she also said they had run out of food. It seemed like she just didn't want to make the food and was eager to leave work early. I plan to go in sometime this week to speak with her manager. It's unacceptable to lie to a customer just to leave work early.
The quality of the food and drinks leaves much to be desired. While the staff is friendly, they often forget or mix up orders. The constant chaos in the parking lot reflects the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The design of the interior doors is awkward, making it difficult to enter or exit without colliding with someone. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this place simply isn’t worth the hassle. I won’t be returning.
If you visit this restaurant and find that your order is incorrect or not to your liking, you can reorder without being charged for what you don't want. This is part of the restaurant's policy. Some employees might initially tell you that you have to pay for the unwanted food, but if you assertively state that you don't want it, they will typically issue a refund or offer an alternative.
I really enjoy DD coffee, but I've noticed that when I order a flavored coffee—which I often do—the taste varies significantly. It seems like each employee prepares it differently. Aren't they all trained to make the drinks in a consistent way? I just can't figure out why one day it’s overly sweet and the next it’s quite weak.

Evening service doesn’t exist. The employee waits for customers through the window and leaves as soon as she sees one. Sad day for the owner of the establishment. Had to go to Panera across the road, and wouldn’t you know! They gave me a free coffee. Guess where my money is going from now on?!
The "OPEN" light was on, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I had to drive all the way to the gate just to find this out, and there was no one inside. As a regular customer, I'll be back, but I don't understand why the "OPEN" light was on when the place wasn't actually open.
I placed a curbside pickup order, but it appeared that the staff wasn’t well-versed in the procedure. After sitting in my car for 15 minutes, I had to go inside to remind them about my order. I even attempted to call, but no one picked up the phone.
I've been waiting here for 10 minutes, and I'm still the only one in line without any help. This seems to happen all the time. I'm shaking my head in disappointment.

The late-night staff at the restaurant are consistently efficient and courteous.
