Give 4 stars because of the line you have to wait on in order to get your food or beverage. I couldn't imagine having to walk in the place and wait the drive thru alone can make anyone think twice but the staff is great and seemed like they tried to do the best they could to make the experience go as smoothly as possible so my hat goes off to them. If your in need of a morning beverage or some food to eat plan on waiting a few minutes but it's definitely worth it. I will stop here whenever I can to get what I need when I'm in the area for sure. Check them out of will benefit the both of you.
I love this dunkin and will drive 30 min out of the way just to go here but for some reason the past few months they won't fill your cup all of the way. Today they handed me the iced coffee I ordered and the cup was only 3/4 of the way full. I dont know if they are being told to do this to save coffee or something but if you are only going to fill a large cup with the amount that fits into a medium then only charge me for a medium and not a large. I would prefer to have my cup filled up above the top of the logo printed on the side of the cup.
Sometimes the friendliness and helpfulness of the workers is a huge factor in my reviews and such is the case here. The young brunette girl behind the counter was so sweet. I got two sour cream donuts and a coffee with lots of cream. Everything was great. I was wearing my U. S. Navy Vietnam veteran's ball cap and she gave me a veteran's discount. Update: it appears to now be permanently closed.
This Dunkin ' is the best around by far!! The entire staff has GREAT customer service! I refuse to go to any other as they don 't do this store any justice!! The ladies that work in the evening know my light whipped topping order and automatically add my military discount without having to ask. Keep up the fantastic customer service ladies!!!
