Many people have been complaining about long wait times during busy hours due to fewer employees. However, you do know you can make your own coffee and save those precious twenty minutes, right? This Dunkin’ location is one of the few in the area where the staff is consistently friendly, and I rarely encounter issues with my order. It’s certainly a much better experience compared to the one on Woodbourne Rd.
I can't say that all Dunkin' Donuts locations are the same because they're definitely not. It's puzzling how the coffee can taste better at one Dunkin' and not at another. I'm also confused about why some Dunkin' Donuts actually stir the green tea while others claim they do but really don't.
Placed a mobile order for inside pickup because I know the drive through is always ridiculously backed up. I arrive AND THEY HAVE THE DOORS LOCKED, so people are forced into the drive through line. Can?t even cancel order since it was placed on mobile.Never ever coming to this Dunkin again
Horrible place! Lattes are always cold! How is that even possible?!?!? So slow. And the girls that work there are so rude! Also they lock the door when it is supposed to be open. I normally go.out of my way to a different dunkin because this one isHORRIBLE!!! Reserva una mesa ahora
Have the door locked half the time but no sign, so you have to park and go to the door to find out if it's locked, meanwhile a bunch of cars go ahead of you to the slow drive thru line. Why not put a sign out if the inside is closed?
The staff was extremely courteous. The wake-up wraps were excellent, and the hash browns were tasty—not overly fried like at some other places. I will definitely be returning!
Order was quick to be fulfilled. And nice service ? it's a bit hard to understand their English sometimes. But that doesn't stop the donuts from tasting good ??
