I had a troubling experience at your restaurant recently. A man attempted to lure my daughters into his car, and they went to your establishment seeking help. Unfortunately, your employee just stood there, laughing and recording the incident while the man attempted to approach them. Despite my daughters asking for assistance multiple times, they received nothing but laughter from your staff while the situation was being filmed. I would like to have the contact information for your corporate office, as I have filed a police report and have video evidence of the employee's face. It is important that this employee is questioned as a potential second aggressor in this incident.
I don't know what I did to deserve this, but when I got home to eat my food, my jelly doughnut had a hole in it as if the guy pressed his finger through it. I will never eat here again. These people obviously do not care about the quality of their customer service.
This has to be one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to so far they were very polite this morning it’s 6:09 am October 12th on a Thursday. They made my coffee so perfectly and my avocado toast taste amazing. Thanks for making my morning .
Service can sometimes be slow, but I love her sweet foam cold brew. Try it with caramel it is delicious .. the trend to maintain with Starbucks menu is not bad Thier drinks are quite good compared.

The can't complain service is excellent come with respect get treated with respect it's dunkin donuts not Starbucks management is amazing, clean and the staff is respectful you get what you put out
This place keeps closing 2-3 hours earlier than the time on the door. And you can see the workers still inside but the doors are locked.
I have had great experiences every time I've visited this Dunkin'. The service is quick and efficient, and the staff is friendly.
My favorite place! My order is always accurate, drive thru is always fast, and the staff are always friendly and professional.
