Today Wednesday August 11 at 2:05pm the nasty, rude and incompetent person who is taking the orders in this famous place treat the costumer disrespectfully, with actitud and NO customer service at all. That guy shouldn 't be working in your company. Therea lot of people out there looking for a job to Dunking Donuts allow such kind of behavior. I believe that guy is doing worsethat good in your place. I, as a lot of customers are not coming back to that place. No wander when I stepped in, the place wasempty. Shame of him
Morning crew doesn?t know how to make coffee. This is my 3rd time in a row I got watered down flavorless coffee. The staff in general is always slow, not efficient system of charging you, then going to make the food, waiting for it to be done THEN theycome charge you. Waiting forever just for a coffee even when there?s 2 people in line. The donuts are stale, the frosting isjust enough to see, and everything just taste old.
i love dunkin alot theres just one problem, a few days ago i went to dunkin and one of the workers smelled HORRIBLE. and i wont be going anymore after that incident overall its a great store but u guys should hire better people. Great experience! The employees are super friendly and helpful. I love the new remodeling ..the place looks amazing! The food was fresh and delicious, and it's honestly the best coffee spot in the area! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have consistently received the wrong items from this location. It's frustrating to see multiple reviews calling out the same issue of incorrect orders. This can have serious consequences, especially for those with food allergies. Please address this problem!
Quick in and out. They have Ghost Pepper Donuts, still. No other customers. Has contactless POS. This one provides a napkin dispenser (as opposed to the other ones that require you to keep asking them). Has windows/shields all over.
If you don’t make a purchase, they remove you from the premises and treat you unfairly. This place should be shut down. I’m considering taking legal action for the mistreatment I experienced.
Always give you the wrong order on purpose..they try to act cheap to give coffee everytime I ordered a latte..I will continue to go to the one on 87st Northern blvd..much better service

I saw the employee picking up something from the floor with gloves. He never changed those gloves. That's against the healing law.
The service from certain employees was abysmal; they exhibited racist behavior and were overly judgmental based on appearances.
