Worker refused to Stir coffee pointed at plastic straw. Spoke to manager manager says we do not Stir coffee. I burnt my hand shaking it. They wanted me to put a plastic straw in a black boiling coffee with sugar. Unbelievable manager should have stepped up And said yes sorry she protected her worker and said We do not Stir coffee. We have too many customers for that.wow horrible situation. Dunkin should really think who they hire and put in charge.
We were perhaps the 1st 2 customers there at 5:55 am today.Terrible service no response to hello, GM, no smile, no answers to questions, a robot would have been friendlier.Had to ask for everything a lid, creamer, butter for the bagel, and zero customer service.I'm not a morning person either but jeez, if I'm getting paid to work at a place that opens at the crack of dawn, I'm going plaster a damn smile so that I can earn my living.
I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts, especially the locations in Port Chester, NY. The donuts are always fresh, the staff is fantastic, and the coffee is delightful. I usually go for iced coffee, and I've even convinced a friend—who only used to drink hot coffee from Dunkin'—to become a fan of iced coffee after years!
I don’t like to do this but that probably help them to improve the service. Customer Service is really bad, several time being there place is dirty and don’t give you what you really ask for. Twice they give me incomplete order, and when I ask them for what is missing they do it with bad attitude, not good at all. Reserva una mesa ahora
Just happened to stop by here on a road trip. Legit best Dunkin experience I've ever had the place was packed with customers and the staff handled it no problem. Drinks were great. Food was great. Fantastic staff, highly recommend.
I purchased a donut from your establishment, but it seemed undercooked, and now I'm feeling unwell. It's currently 5:15 AM EST on February 15, 2024.
My sausage and cheese bagel was somewhat burnt, and unfortunately, I couldn't swap it out because I was heading to work.
