They are horrible, there is NEVER a real manager in there. From the young Indian girl to ALL the new young girls they are rude, disgusting DONT like to give you, your things the way YOU like, order or pay for them. Sadly this is the ONLY dunkin that I pass going to my job...but please send a real manager in there for once! It's a mess in there! Customers should always get what they want how they want that's the point of coming to get it ordering it. They always have smart remarks to say or like to talk about you loudly in front of other customers while doing there job while STILL taking forever, it's ridiculous.

I just went into Dunkin. I asked for my iced coffee with extra swirl. I seen they didn’t give it to me. If I pay for it I’m going to ask if you didn’t do it. So I did just that. The woman was asking you didn’t get it? How many does it say on the cup. I know what extra entails. It’s the SAME drink I order at ALL Dunkin’s. I am a school bus driver so I travel, and drink coffee… ALOT. If your customers ask why ask 21 questions??????? It’s rude!

Dunkin' coffee is usually the best, but yesterday the coffee at this location was very weak. The Coolatta drink we ordered had no coffee in it—can that even happen? We asked for a vanilla Coolatta, but it arrived without any coffee. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and didn’t engage with customers.

I was really disappointed with such a simple order. Half of my cup was just foam, and there was hardly any coffee. It seemed like the staff were more interested in standing around than paying attention to customers. The service could definitely be improved, and I expected more coffee in a medium-sized cup. Super disappointed for such a simple order. Half my cup was foam and there was barley any coffee. Felt like the staff just wanted to stand there as they ignore the customers come in. Just felt like service could’ve been better and I could’ve gotten more coffee in a medium cup.

This is one of the best dunkin donuts in town the staff here are very helpful and very outrageous when they make a mistake, they will repair it even if it is your fault, they will repair it I recommend this dunkin donuts

I ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich but they gave me a sweet black pepper sandwich instead. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother to heat it up. I was very disappointed.

Melted Frozen ice all over the tables outside two day old corn muffin, I asked for butter they said they don't have butter, the coffee was good though
