I've been to this restaurant multiple times, but unfortunately, they’ve consistently struggled to make my drink correctly. Whenever I ordered frozen drinks, they mostly just ended up being ice. I've since started going to another location where they do it right, with blended ice and the right proportion of the drink. This location just hasn’t been able to get it right.
Best service in experienced at ANY DD stores within 10 miles radius that I have been at. Morning staff is great. Always the right order, some even remember your name or call your name based on your order. Afternoon and evening shift can use a boost butI am sure they dont have that much traffic as mornings. Very happy with their service.
Each time I go to this restaurant, I encounter issues. They consistently run out of their popular donuts by 9 a.m. and my orders are never correct. There always seems to be something missing. I used the drive-thru because I had my kids with me, but they forgot my sandwich and told me to go inside to retrieve it.
This D&D used to be really fast, but for some reason they've become so short-staffed that I'm now waiting 30 minutes for a drip coffee or even just a bagel. The staff that’s there don’t seem to care. Management, what’s going on? Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm not certain if all of them are as good as the ones I've visited, but the majority have been excellent.
I truly value the attentive service and the fact that they permit customers to use the restroom.
