Honestly, the other staff at this Dunkin' are quite efficient, and things run smoothly when they’re taking orders. My low rating, however, stems from the manager—a tall older woman with dark hair and glasses—who often wears earbuds while working and is in charge of taking orders. Unfortunately, she has consistently messed up my order almost every time I've visited when she’s the one handling it. At first, I thought it was just me not speaking loudly or clearly enough, but other employees have confirmed they can hear most customers, including me, clearly from across the counter while they attend to other tasks.
