We had family in town so I stopped in for special coffee and a dozen donuts. I stood there for 40 minutes while staff passed by me and ignored me. Some even stopping to chit chat with each other in front of me only to walk away when done. I do realize there is a kiosk machine that says Why wait? Order here! But I had cash not a card and I had questions before my order. But I suppose there 's no room for human interaction at Dunkin anymore. Ironic isn 't it? When I finally did get helped the employee that helped me was fast, polite, apologetic and helpful. He even told me if I didn 't see what I wanted in the donut case it might be in the back. On October 18, 2023, I visited the restaurant around 2:50 AM, and was disappointed to find that there was no food available, just a few donuts. I'm puzzled as to why they are open 24 hours when they can't keep their offerings stocked. The only donuts they had were glazed—there were no munchkins and no filled donuts, despite the fact that they actually make donuts at this location. The staff member on duty was also unfriendly; when I thanked her, she didn’t respond at all. If she doesn't enjoy helping customers, perhaps she should consider a different job.

Clearly they only make a select few 'apple n spice ' and 'apple crumb ' doughnuts everyday... because this is the third time I 've went in late afternoon and they don 't have any! And I mentioned to the girl 'Jeeez you guys never have them '... and she blatantly says 'Yes we do, in the morning! '... I find it incredibly ridiculous they only make doughnuts one time time a day; so when they sell out, that 's it!! Not to mention ONLY the 'independently owned ' DD 's have those two specific doughnuts... the 'franchised ' DD 's don 't make them!

Meal Type: Breakfast Price Range: $1–10 I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, with friendly staff who provided attentive and efficient service, also deserving a 5. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy breakfast, which again earns a score of 5. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a great breakfast experience! Usually pretty good, but my coffee flavor is always inconsistent..... I had some tea and tried the bagel bites, which were quite good. The staff was polite. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5.
