I have never been treated at any place like at this one . I stopped by to get 6 donuts , the lady at the front said they can not sell me 6 donuts even though they had it in front of me . I asked for those 2 frosted donuts that I saw in front of me and that my 5 year old daughter that was with me asked for, the lady got the box put them away and said they can’t sell it to me because they are very busy and not much left and some other kinds of reason.I was in a hurry and did not have a time to call management , but when I said I will leave you a review about your service she said they don’t care much about it .
During lunchtime, the staff exhibited a worrying level of carelessness and unprofessionalism. The female employees displayed a significant attitude problem and seemed indifferent to our orders and service needs. It's honestly surprising that none of them have faced any consequences. This isn’t an isolated incident; it's been a consistent issue during every visit. I've never had a positive experience there.
The staff should concentrate more on their tasks instead of engaging in conversations. I recently visited and encountered a new team that was very loud and disruptive, talking about personal issues. It was difficult to communicate with the cashier due to the noise. They had plenty of time to make my sandwich properly, yet they hurried through it just to keep shouting at each other.
The owner of this restaurant should be grateful for their incredible staff. I've never encountered a more efficient team. Every time I place an order—whether in person or through the app—their response time is astonishingly quick, usually within a minute or two. The employees are always cheerful, and my family and I look forward to stopping by each morning for our coffee.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and actively involved in political matters. I opted for curbside pickup, but they forgot to put my order in my car, so I had to go in and get it myself. I'm not sure why this oversight occurred. If you plan on using their curbside service, it might be wise to confirm their procedure at this location.
I was given a dozen bagels that were left over from the day before. They tasted awful, even though I specifically requested fresh ones. The staff member assured me they were fresh, but that was clearly not the case.
The service was quite unprofessional, and the food was terrible. The manager really needs to let go of those employees due to their loud and disrespectful behavior. I highly recommend staying away from this place.
The staff was extremely unfriendly and seemed ready to yell at customers. I ordered a latte but was served a regular coffee instead, along with the loud shouting of a woman. It was far from a pleasant experience.

This restaurant is really unprofessional, and their service is poor. It was a terrible experience.
