The ice cream shop has really fallen into disrepair, with mold visible on the walls. Things have definitely deteriorated since the new owners took over. I stopped in for a hot chocolate, hoping for the rich flavor I'm used to from Dunkin', but what I got tasted more like muddy water. When I asked the server about the strange flavor, she explained that they don’t use regular milk. I grabbed my bag and coffee and drove home, which is only a short distance away. When I got there and looked over my order, I discovered that everything was incorrect. Instead of the chocolate frosted donut I ordered, I received a strawberry frosted one. My sausage, egg, and cheese croissant turned out to be just an egg and cheese croissant, and my hazelnut coffee? It was some sort of pumpkin spice and cinnamon mix—not hazelnut at all. It's astonishing how such a straightforward order could be so thoroughly messed up. This is completely bewildering.
I’ve been visiting this restaurant with my family for years, and I genuinely enjoy the calm and pleasant atmosphere each time. They have a wonderful variety of pastries and bagels, along with a wide range of ice options. Their tea and coffee are consistently made just the way I like them. Although the staff sometimes has to juggle drive-thru orders, the wait isn’t a problem for me. The chairs could be a bit more comfortable, but overall, this is the perfect place for studying or savoring a quiet morning coffee.

While traveling through New Jersey, I stopped for breakfast and a video call. I was delighted to see that the lobby at Din was open and clean. The free Wi-Fi was fast, which made for a seamless video call. The salted caramel iced signature latte was excellent! Plus, the sausage and cheese croissant was served piping hot and fresh.

This Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins is quite nice. I enjoyed some strawberry ice cream, an Iced Chai Latte, and a jelly donut during my visit. The service was satisfactory, and the store was clean and well-organized.
The service here is always excellent, and the staff at the window are really friendly. They make the mornings much more enjoyable, especially after encountering some crazy drivers on the road at 10.

Ordered a simple egg and cheese wake up and got a very disappointed surprise. Place has gone downhill. Am sure it's not hard to make a decent wake up wrap.
Everyone was working so hard and fast to get customers taken care of quickly.
