I stopped in here on 9/11 at 7:15 pm and had a very bad experience with the two girls that we’re working. I got my order OK but I had locked my keys in my car and I am from out of state and it’s raining outside so I went back inside and asked for help. The light skinned blonde or brown haired girl was really rude and dismissive and basically said OK what do you want me to do about it which was embarrassing and then she said wait why don’t you call the nonemergency police and went to go get their number and then her and the other girl went across the restaurant and I said I get a new number day Sat back there and laughed at me over. I don’t know what because people like their keys in the car...
I bought two quarts of ice cream and a regular coffee at the Dunkin' Donuts on Ashland Road in Morton, Illinois, and I had an excellent experience. The first thing that stood out to me was how clean the store was. The two employees there were very polite, and I expressed my appreciation for how tidy everything was. The coffee was also fantastic, and my wife particularly enjoys the chocolate/peanut butter ice cream from BR's. Thank you for the outstanding service!
As for kid-friendliness: The two gentlemen working tonight were exceptionally kind and courteous. I received prompt service, and my order was handled quickly and professionally.
It's just an ok location! There is no happy hour at this location!!!!!! I repeat no happy hour from 2-4 pm at this location! I prefer the location in north Normal, Illinois! I ordered a Carmel craze medium latte and with the app it was 3 dollars instead of 5.49! Make sure you order or pay with the app for the special offers! The latte was really sweet but it was good!! Love a good ice cold Dunkin coffee on a hot day!! This location also offers baskin robbins ice cream!
I entered the restaurant and had to wait a long time for the woman at the counter to take the order of the customer in front of me. When I finally placed my order, it took an unnecessarily long time to get my simple iced latte. I walked in at 6:00 AM and didn’t leave until 6:25 AM. Clearly, the service was not quick. It felt as though no one was paying attention to the people inside the restaurant and were only focused on the drive-thru customers.

I asked for a cold brew, but I received iced coffee instead, despite clarifying my order four times. The staff needs to be more attentive and ensure they get the orders correct.
I would not eat or drink anything from this place. Low quality on everything I ordered. Service was slow. Do you self a favor and find somewhere else.
I've gone to this Dunkin' for years now. Never had an issue and the line is almost always short for the drive-thru. Highly recommend.
Got the nutty pumpkin iced coffee and it was awesome.
