I would give this place a zero if I could. Today, January 28, 2024, at 5:51 PM, I had an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service I encountered was the worst I've ever faced. I was in the drive-thru, and no one greeted me or informed me that it would take a moment. While having a lighthearted conversation with my children about their basketball game, a woman interrupted us with a comment about "screaming." I calmly explained that I wasn't screaming but joking around with my kids. To my shock, she told me, "You can leave and come back tomorrow."

Unfortunately, I had a less-than-ideal experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The service was notably slower than expected, especially for a single coffee order. To make matters worse, there was a discrepancy between the price shown on their sign and what I was charged, and instead of addressing the issue amicably, I felt a confrontational vibe from one of the staff members. It's disappointing, as I've generally had positive experiences with Dunkin' in the past. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I'd advise others to think twice before visiting this particular location.
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. horrible customer service.All the employees are rude.I do not recommend This place to anyone. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with snack and bacon. My croissant was burnt my bacon was extremely greasy. They forgot certain items From my order.I contacted the store manager and I get where their employees get the horrible customer service skills absolutely horrible service if you can call it customer service.
My recent visits to Dunkin' have been frustrating. Despite placing my orders ahead of time and driving 15 minutes, my mobile orders are frequently wrong when I arrive. The restaurant appears to be severely understaffed, often operating with only one employee during the evenings. This negatively impacts the overall experience and is truly unacceptable.

My last four mobile orders at Dunkin' were either incorrect or missing items. I understand it can get busy, but you have the order right there in writing! Please take an extra 30 seconds to double-check the menu and ensure everything is correct before sending customers on their way. It's really frustrating.
The drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin’. Takes more than 5 minutes to get a simple order. The lady who works drive thru needs to be switched out with someone who’s moves faster and not confused. Props to the Dunkin’ on Lake Street that gets you in and out within a few minutes!
They should update their hours if they close at 8:30 PM. Both the app and the restaurant’s hours on the map show that they’re open until 9 PM. When I arrived, all the lights at Dunkin’ were off, including the drive-thru menu lights. However, the staff were friendly.
The coffee served in the evening is neither fresh nor hot. Whenever I grab a cup before my night shift, it's always cold and lacks flavor. It feels like they’re just reheating old coffee instead of brewing a fresh pot.

Iced coffee is undrinkable, either too sweet or too bitter. Waste of money, won't be back.
