Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

These new franchise owners really need to rethink their business practices! I called the corporate office today because phone orders were piling up while they were closed. This is the fourth time they've closed on a Sunday yet still take phone orders. I spoke with the friendly ladies at the gas station next door who mentioned that their donuts have been sitting there since 10 PM the night before. Thankfully, Rebel had fresh, hot coffee and breakfast sandwiches available! I've decided to take my business elsewhere—Dunkin’ has lost a customer!

Their drinks are always pretty good. They always make it exactly how you ask for it. The donuts are never fresh anymore. They've discontinued hot Fudge, so you can't get a good hot Fudge suddenly either. So as far as food goes, I feel like They've droppedthe ball.

I work out of town and have a favorite donut shop. I'll be in town next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, so I asked if I could order my favorites, and they happily agreed. I'm impressed by their willingness to accommodate me!
