This Dunkin' is unbelievable—every time I order a large blended chai latte and repeat it three times, they end up giving me an iced coffee instead. When I told them it was the wrong drink, they just dumped the ingredients into a large cup without blending or mixing it, acting like it was my fault. They seemed totally annoyed to actually make the correct blended drink and even said they can only blend iced coffee, not iced chai tea. Ridiculous!
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. The service is incredibly slow, my order is consistently wrong, and there's a middle-aged Indian employee who's been working there for years but still seems clueless. If more than two people are ordering, don't expect to receive the correct order.
This Dunkin Donuts is very convenient to where my home is. The staff is always pleasant respectful. The dining area is comfortable. The variety of food is very good and hot items are always freshly made. I am in there often and like the atmosphere very much.
