Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

This Dunkin' Donuts location offers exactly what you'd expect: excellent coffee and a quick snack. I recommend arriving early for donuts, as they tend to lose their appeal later in the day. The coffee menu features a standard selection of both hot and cold beverages. I particularly enjoy their lattes and regular hot coffee. They also provide fruit drinks for kids. However, I'm not too impressed with the breakfast sandwiches; there are better options elsewhere. One nice perk about this location is that it has a Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop inside, which is a great bonus if you're in the mood for a sweet treat.

I frequent this location and it has gotten REALLY bad in the last few months. Careless, untrained employees standing in a circle chatting while orders take forever and have been wrong more than right. Example: Twice I've ordered cold foam and the drink is given with zero attempt at even making it. Not it melted into the drink. Not oh sorry. Zero attempt and an odd grunt when it's pointed out. They literally just skip it and move on. I get a few employees can be inattentive and careless, but when it's most, that's management. Really rough lately.

I would definitely rate this coffee shop a perfect 10/10. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and I rarely spend more than five minutes there. If you visit often enough, they start to recognize you and remember your order, making you feel truly welcomed every time. Update: The friendliness and speed are still remarkable. I was in and out in about five minutes, which is essential when you have three hungry kids waiting in the back seat!

My experience at the store was amazing. Especially due to the great service that I had with Jaclyn. she let me get an ice cream sample at nine in the morning while I was waiting for my sandwiches. my drinks for even made wrong, but Jaclyn was prompting getting my drinks remade. her service is amazing and if you ever have anything wrong, I suggest that you ask for Jaclyn. Terrible experience! Every time I visit, they mess up my order. Every single time. My simple request for 2 sesame bagels, un-toasted and just placed in a bag, turned into 2 toasted bagels. Plus, they ran out of butter. I can't believe they don't have any butter available. Absolutely zero stars!

This location is the worst! Check your order every time because they will mess it up. Not to mention they are incredible slow and disorganized, I drive over to the Dunkin' on hwy 39 if I can help it. Today they messed up my order and when I asked them to fix it they still got it wrong:

Poor management they are constantly running out of large cups when they run out of cups they put the coffee in a latte cup that the spills all over and not to mention always out of donuts. It's 9am how is that possible. I can see once maybe twice but not at 9am on a constant basis.

Friendly staff but not serving fresh items. I ordered half a dozen donuts all to which were very hard. Another customer there had to ask them to make fresh coffee!!! This customer also mentioned that he has been there other times and he never getsanything fresh. Reserva una mesa ahora

My friend and I recently visited this Dunkin', and we had a disappointing experience. The cashier walked away without asking if we wanted our change back, and unfortunately, he also dropped my friend's bagel on the floor. At least it was still in the bag.

I ordered a bagel toasted with butter, but it wasn't toasted at all, and they slathered way too much butter on it.
