This is the worst Dunkin' location I have ever visited! If you enjoy your coffee and donuts served alongside extreme right-wing opinions about the President and other political matters from the owner himself, then this is the place for you! You'll see other conservative customers nodding along, which is just not my scene. While I understand that the owner has a right to his opinions, sharing them in a diverse community business is not wise, especially when there are customers with varying viewpoints. It makes me wonder how he feels about people of color, women, the LGBTQ+ community, and other minorities. I was in a bad mood and needed my coffee when I visited, or I might have said something...
I've been a loyal customer for many years, but my recent visit left me very disappointed. I stopped by to pick up two donuts, and since the shop was closing with plenty of donuts still available, I asked if I could take a few for my family. I was told quite bluntly that if I wanted them, I would have to "dumpster dive," as they refused to give them to me and intended to throw them away. I found this response incredibly rude and disrespectful. To make matters worse, I also saw the staff smoking in the back. Given this experience, I will not be returning.
This is, without a doubt, the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited! The donuts were the freshest I've had in a long time, and the iced coffee was perfectly brewed. The staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and helpful. I would happily give them ten stars for their service, smiles, and quality! The only downside is that the parking lot could use some improvements.
It took 5 minutes for someone to start speaking through the outside speaker, then I waited another 10 minutes at the window before anyone showed up. When I finally received my coffee, the lid was only half on, and it spilled as soon as I hit a bump while leaving. I won't be returning to this location.

Staff is oblivious of customers. More worried about their phones. The black guy with glasses to 5 minutes before he asked to take my order. The was rude took forever to get a coffee. The lady just stood there obviously not caring at all
The employee named Jaysh Ibahan was quite rude. She expressed frustration about having to change my order at the drive-thru and seemed stressed about the customers waiting behind me. Her behavior was unprofessional.
The staff here is super friendly and efficient. Food and drink came out very fast. Bathrooms are very well kept and this place looks so nice to visit.
Use to be the best in the entire area. Idk what happened but quality went down and they can’t make mixed coffees for nothing. Need to retrain staff

It's only a three-minute walk from my new job, and I'm surrounded by friendly people with a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you very much!
We love Dunkin Donuts! Especially the awesome hashbrowns! And the sandwiches and donuts and coffee of course. Lol.
