I went to this location with my kids a few days ago. I had stopped in to get a box of the dozen donuts and their coolattas. The woman that took care of me and my kids her name is Shawna/Shauna not sure how her name is spelled out but she was the sweetestand coolest Dunkin Donuts worker I have came across. She asked me if I wanted something to drink as well and I said "I 'm lookingfor something warm for my throat "since it was sore. And she offered me a free hot tea drink which I had gotten the chamomile teawhich was really nice and hot just what I needed. She was so friendly she was even considerate about the donuts I bought shetold me how to prevent them from getting hard and stale and keep...

Ive been going here for a while but have never commented. The folks here are very friendly and can be social if you're relaxed and the line is short, but they can be quick with orders if you seem to be in a hurry or if the line is 4+ people long. Most employees even remember my order when I come in and I have had the manager ready my normal order perfectly after not being back for many weeks. They hired a new woman I believe, and she is very friendly and rather quick while being accurate on orders too, fitting this location perfectly. If you want a quick coffee in the morning rush, this is easily your best bet.

She asked if I would like something to drink as well, and I mentioned I was looking for something warm for my sore throat. To my surprise, she kindly offered me a complimentary hot tea. I opted for the chamomile tea, which was just what I needed—nice and hot! Shawna didn’t stop there; she also shared some tips on how to keep the donuts fresh and prevent them from getting hard. Most Dunkin' Donuts locations provide good service, but the genuine warmth and thoughtfulness of Shawna made this experience stand out. I truly hope the owners recognize what a valuable employee they have in her!

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin'. The staff member wouldn’t let me use my free drink on a matcha latte and seemed more interested in getting me to pay for it. Frustrated, I decided to leave. I even called corporate to file a complaint. I recommend steering clear of this location.

I went in to pick up a large order for the office, and the staff were incredibly helpful. They guided me to the best food options and deals suitable for our group. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a successful last-minute meeting.

I really like this place.It's fast, easy and pretty consistency... I had problems in the past being played with ghetto rap loud instore, but they have been fired that guy and replacing a few other bad apples and service has greatly improved...

It was pretty good, felt like the hummus toast was a little too sour though for some reason. At least this location toasted the bread ????. Also for some reason they put very little cream cheese ????

I wanted to get a big job for the office. The staff was very helpful to lead me to the best dishes and offers for the group. I made sure I had everything for a successful last meeting.

It was quite good, but the hummus toast had a slightly strange flavor for some reason. At least this place toasted the bread nicely!
