Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

Coffee never tastes the same and always made different. I wanted to add something to my order once I got to the window and was told no, ok fine but I’m done with this place. Someone made my latte with iced coffee once. I’d take it up with the owners/management but they can’t ever get it right either. I repeated my donut order 3x once and the male owner still gave me the wrong donuts. The list goes on. This Dunkin is a joke and an embarrassment to the chain. Shout out to the younger male cashier he’s always pleasant and on point. Forgot to mention when I pulled up to pay the cashier today she had to finish her texting before taking payment.

It's convenient to have a Dunkin' right down the street from work but what's not convenient is the constant terrible coffee and rude workers. Every time I have gotten a hot or iced coffee in the drive through it's like they fill the cup with a drop of coffee and fill the rest with water and creamer. Coffee is ALWAYS watered down and just tastes like watered down creamer. Not to mention the rude service. God forbid you say thank you. They just ask for your money and screw you if you speak a word to them. They'll just not respond and brush you off. To much in a rush to serve other people terrible coffee.

I luv Dunkin...they have many breakfast options to choose from..i need wholegrain...so they have it...I luv turkey patty, and it comes with those cute perfect and yummy eggs they make...and of course hash brwns and a donut....we go to 95th and Pulaski...right by us...everyone is very kind and friendly...and they r in great sync to get the orders filled...I have not been able to drink coffee since 2009...so that part does

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing due to Lydia's behavior. She was very rude, and the customer service was unacceptable. I even overheard her yelling in the back and speaking negatively about customers after they left. I believe Lydia should be let go immediately; otherwise, I will make it my mission to steer others away from this place. It's truly unfortunate to encounter someone so disrespectful. During my last visit, the young lady at the window was quite rude. My order was wrong, and when I asked her to fix it, they ended up adding spoiled whipped cream to my drink. It seems that my order is always incorrect. They provided great service when they first opened.

Terrible customer service via drive thru. Person who was took the order in the drive thru had a terrible disposition. If, she hates job perhaps she should consider working in a place where she doesn't have to interact with customers.

Make sure you tell the staff exactly what you would like. And make sure you tell them again. They don't listen to anything. Not only my order but every one In line. Staff definitely needs to focus here.

Every time I come here, it’s always a wait because they take care of drive thru orders first. Shout to the younger male with the longer hair for perfect service.

The customer service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The drive-thru was also efficient and moving at a good pace.
