I recently discovered my new local Dunkin' Donuts, and it's quickly become one of my favorites! I'm thrilled it's so close to me. The staff is friendly, and the food quality and freshness are always excellent. Everyone there is fantastic! Sarah, one of the team members, has been especially helpful whenever I've had issues with the On the Go Orders app; she’s consistently been wonderful. On one occasion, I picked up an order 30 minutes late, and she even offered to warm it up for me! The exceptional service and high-quality products at this location are what keep me coming back. Thank you!
I have consistently had issues with my orders at this restaurant. They always manage to get it wrong the first time, forcing me to stand there and provide detailed instructions on how to prepare my drink. I didn't even customize my order! I'm not sure whether to blame the employees for their lack of skill or the franchise managers for failing to properly train them on how to make a simple cup of coffee. Even though I have to pass by this location on my way to work, I've decided to drive an additional three miles to the Dunkin’ on Wagaraw, where I've never had a problem with my orders.
The staff were very polite and provided excellent service. The coffee was great, as always. However, the most disappointing aspect is that this Dunkin' location is one of the few that still does not offer indoor seating. In contrast, other Dunkin' locations I've visited from Boonton, NJ to Hawthorne, NJ have allowed some seating for a while now.
