Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

This Dunkin has always been absolutely horrendous but today felt as if they outdid themselves. I walked in to place my order and stoof at the front counter for ten minutes ad I was on my phone. I never received any service. I walked out and had someone else gonin and place my order. The coffees we receieved were completely wrong. The person went back and told them they were wrong and the girls told my friend they didnt know how to make machiattos so my friend went behind the counter and typed them in for the workers. I mean...you work at the Dunkin and you need a customer to do it for you? Brain dead isn't even the word, these people just lack something normal people have like...a brain. In...

This morning, I had just finished working a double shift at the hospital and all I wanted was a coffee and a quick bite to eat. However, the woman in the blue shirt at the drive-thru was extremely rude to me because my coworkers had forgotten to include something in my order. I politely tried to explain the situation to her, but instead of asking me to move forward so they could fix my order, she just shook her head and yelled at me as if I were a child. Waited in the drive thru about 15 minutes and then when we got to the window, they handed us one beverage and said have a nice day when we ordered 2 beverages and 4 food items. They had to check multiple times for the full order. Sadly, I 've had multiple issues similar to this at this location before. I think I will have to make a different location my regular store. This team doesn 't seem to work well together and they are constantly fighting with each other in front of customers. Unprofessional. Also there 's almost always an employee parked in the fire lane area and it 's frustrating because even if you needed to leave the drive thru line, you can 't because they are blocking it.

OMG!! This is my first time going to this dunkin I normally go to 259 putman pike location but everytime I go there they mess up my order or the coffee is burnt or they are rude and slow. So today I decided to try this one and WOW am I surprised they were so busy line to the road and I wasn’t even in the line for 5 mins they are so fast and both the lady taking my order and the one at the window was so fantastic and so nice. Everything from the coffee and sandwiches and donuts were fresh. I think I found my new dunkin!! I don’t mind driving 12 mins out of my way for fresh coffee and good customer service. The staff at this restaurant are wonderful, but unfortunately they are sometimes managed in a disorganized and unprofessional manner. The manager seems always angry, which is a strange contrast to the normally happy atmosphere of the restaurant. It is best not to criticize Ellen's coffee-making skills unless you are prepared for a confrontation. Despite these issues, the staff seem to swallow their pride and handle wrong orders gracefully. It seems like they may be unhappy with their job, but they still manage to provide good service. Overall, it is still a great place to dine.

I was disappointed to not be greeted or assisted for almost 10 minutes after entering this Dunkin' Donuts location. There were no other customers present and one of the employees was just leaning on the counter. I regretted purchasing a dozen donuts as they were dry and stale. Unless they are willing to provide me with a dozen fresh donuts to make up for my unsatisfactory purchase, I will not be returning to this location.

I was extremely disappointed with the breakfast sandwich I received at this restaurant. I asked for a croissant toasted with cheese and sausage, but what I got was a burnt croissant with cheese haphazardly thrown on top of uncooked sausage. I tried calling the store to address the issue, but they picked up and immediately hung up. I will never be returning to this place.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. They gave me two hot coffees that were underfilled, charged me for a food item they didn't have, and didn't even give me my replacement item. I had to go inside and get it myself after parking my car. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Starbucks down the street - they have much better service. Reserva una mesa ahora
