The restaurant is in a convenient and clean location with friendly staff providing fast service. There is parking available on site as well as street parking nearby.
The service was disappointing, and I encountered a staff member named Carlos who had a poor attitude. It was not a welcoming experience at all.

they literally cannot make coffee correctly. i asked for a caramel iced coffee and they didn’t even put caramel in it
I frequently go to this Dunkin', and I always find the service to be exceptional. It's also incredibly convenient!
Walked out after being 2nd person in line for 10 min. They only have enough staff to serve pickups.
