I've noticed a significant decline in service at DD. While I enjoy their beverages, I may have to start looking for another place. The customer service is poor, and the staff is quite rude. When I came in to place my order, I was ignored as both employees focused on the drive-thru instead. I leaned over to say hello and asked if anyone was taking orders. They glanced at me but continued their tasks. Eventually, a young lady came over to take my order, but the guy kept taking drive-thru orders, singing along to music in his earbuds. I won’t be returning to this location again.

The food was tasty and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was efficient, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant, which also deserved a 4. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, creating a nice vibe even while getting food to go. Overall, it was an enjoyable brunch that I would recommend!

Bro if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service and don?t get me started on the management. Absolutely unprofessional and doesn?t not know how to handle situations. The food is horrible, the donuts were hard as a rock asif it were left out for days. When I order anything from here they always get it wrong like please pay attention so everythingrun smoothly. Ridiculous, I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. ?10/10

They gave me half an apple fritter about 15-20 minutes ago. The one girl had a really bad attitude when I told her I had an apple fritter as well. It was literally ripped in half. I have been coming here lately because their brown sugar cold brew isgood but who gives someone half of something they ordered. This is my second favorite Dunkin'. I stop by every day on my way to work, and even though the line is always incredibly long, the service remains quick and accurate. I have to leave home an extra 10 minutes early, or I'll definitely be late (even though I work just across the street), but it's totally worth it!

I order an iced caramel craze latte every morning from various places, but this location consistently gets it wrong. Instead of my latte, they just serve me a regular iced coffee. I won't be coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This location was not as enjoyable as others I've visited. Additionally, I found the prices to be quite high: an Egg Cheese Croissant costs $4.39 and a medium coffee is $2.85, which totaled $7.96 before tax.

The food was delicious and served hot, but I really wish they would reintroduce the other sandwich that didn't use sourdough bread.
