Awful experience. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s 7th birthday party, but when I went to pick it up, it hadn’t been made due to their staffing problems. They gave me a premade cake from the freezer just so we had something to serve, but it was nothing like the custom cake I ordered. At first, they said another cake could be made in 45 minutes since the party was that day, but then the owner called to say that wasn’t possible. I wanted to give Dunkin' a five-star rating because the gentleman taking my order was busy helping other customers and really stepped up for his teammate. However, the lady preparing my order didn’t finish it properly—she just handed me the coffee without completing the rest. When he brought my avocado toast, it wasn’t toasted as it should be; the bread was warm but lacked the crispy texture expected. Unfortunately, I can’t give Dunkin' a five because both the service and the avocado toast didn’t meet expectations, even though the staff tried to handle the situation. I hope they improve the preparation of items on their menu.
I was at the restaurant yesterday and witnessed the woman behind the counter preparing a customer's order. She used her bare hands immediately after sneezing, without covering her nose. She proceeded to make the customer's sandwich with her bare hands, without wearing gloves. I approached the customer and informed him of what I saw, and he confirmed that he noticed it too. I advised him not to eat the food and he agreed, ultimately leaving the restaurant shortly after I did. This experience was extremely alarming and I have no intention of returning to this establishment.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was very impressed. It was much better than other Dunkin' Donuts locations I have been to. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

There's nothing quite like a DD coffee paired with a fresh donut. It's the best coffee I've ever had! They also offer a great selection of breakfast items.
I ordered a cold brew coffee, but the barista simply poured hot coffee over ice. By the time I took a sip, it had all melted, and it was quite unpleasant.

This restaurant tends to be quite busy, but the staff puts in a lot of effort to deliver your coffee promptly. Everyone is very friendly here.
