My experience at the drive-thru last night was quite disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes, which is unacceptable for a weekday at 10 PM. It seemed that after each order was taken, the next car had to wait a long time before it was their turn. When I finally reached the window, I noticed there was only one employee working, and he seemed overwhelmed. This is truly a shame on the management and owners of this location. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. They consistently get orders wrong and when we tried to have it corrected, it turned into an argument. The staff seemed clueless and unhelpful. Why should we keep paying for mistakes? My husband called to inform them of the error and emphasized that we wouldn’t keep paying for subpar service. They initially offered a complimentary breakfast sandwich, but when he arrived, they backtracked and said it wasn’t possible. This is unacceptable. I’ve reached out to corporate because this establishment really needs to improve—if not, it should be closed down!

I had a really disappointing experience with the drive-up service here. When I requested a frozen coffee with less ice, I was told it couldn't be done. At the Dunkin' in Hickory Hills, they can accommodate that request, so it was frustrating. I've had a bad experience here before, which is why I generally avoid this location. It seems I've lost my patience for it—I'll definitely not be coming back. To top it off, two employees were talking over each other while arguing, which was very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at this Dunkin' Donuts wasn't the friendliest compared to other locations I've visited. My main issue was with my order of hash browns; the small bag was hardly filled, containing only about five hash browns.
