Dunkin' - Reservar una mesa

Walked up to the pick up area after waiting in the drive through for 7 mins. (No sign saying any issues were being had, walk in they are all wearing head sets. For what? wait there for an additional 5 mins for them to tell me in a rude way that i need to order on the other side. I look up at the sign that says pick up as it is so very self explainitory. Just as drive through was as well. Finally ask for my order and am handed a bag and drink that i could see sitting behind them the entire time i was there. 3 staff everyone in thier own world and there is a short dark haired woman with rbf that has attitude like no other. If you don 't like the job you have please leave. So if you want what was supposed to be an iced coffee to be water and a hot sandwich be as cold as possible, or to feel like you want to have wasted your time and money then please go here !

This was the worst experience I had here. I got a frozen coffee and glazed doughnut holes like I always do. This time tho my coffee was not blended well and the doughnuts basically had no glaze on them. I asked if the I could get more glaze because the ones I had, had none. They told me they couldn't do that and I waited to see if they were going to offer to fix it with like another set or something but the diver through lady just looked at me like I had 2 heads. So we left. In hindsight I probably should have ask for a refund but, they should have fixed or at least say they couldn't fix it and offer a refund.

A long wait for my food/donuts over 10 minutes and the cashier completely forgot to give me my two donuts. I ordered a sausage bagel and I got that before the donuts. I had to tell another associate and no apologies were given from both associates. Dirty restrooms. I'm sticking with Shipley's in Universal City Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
