Conveniently located near Routes 287 and 22, it shares the same building with a convenience store and is adjacent to a nail salon and a restaurant. A new Dunkin' Donuts location is nearly finished and will be situated on the east side of the previous one. The updated venue opened on March 28, 2013, but please note that there is no drive-thru window. The new address is 580 Union Ave, Middlesex, NJ 08846.
I ordered three hot beverages, a blueberry donut, and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. Instead, I received a chocolate donut and a bagel without cream cheese, and they didn’t even give me the third beverage! Seriously? I’ll gladly drive further to the other location down the road.
They forever get my order wrong or send me whatever donuts they want or have available. It would be nice if they would stop posting donuts that are no longer available online via the menu. This is deceiving and frustrating. This happens every time, so its become an ongoing issue.
I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. They frequently get your orders wrong and seem unwilling to fulfill your requests. Even something as simple as a bagel with butter is handled poorly. It's frustrating to see them mess up even a cup of coffee.

I can't order the signature latte drinks through third-party delivery apps, and this store is consistently marked as closed until 9:15 AM. Unfortunately, I can't get a delivery before that time...
This place serves the best coffee, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. I don’t understand the other reviewers who say they don’t speak English; I haven’t had any problems at all.
This Dunkin' is undoubtedly the best one I've ever visited. The staff is fantastic and incredibly efficient. My drinks are consistently made to perfection.
The service is quick since it's located on the highway and tends to be quite busy, which is to be expected. The staff are friendly as well.
