Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

Since the new owners have taken control, this restaurant has deteriorated beyond my expectations. Every single order, whether it be drinks or food, has been consistently incorrect under the new management. It is baffling that they cannot even distinguish between coffee and tea. If the manager/owner had taken responsibility, this review may have been a 2-star rating. However, instead of apologizing for their mistakes, customers are met with rude and unpleasant service. I highly recommend avoiding this location as they tarnish the reputation of Dunkin' and should shut down immediately.

I go in to the buttermilk location at least 3 times a week, if not more and I always order the same thing. I get a medium sweet tea and a large cup of ice along with a donut or sandwich just depends how much of a rush I'm in. I have had a small issue EVERYtime I've gone in and today was the day I decided to write a review. I am in my 30s and have never tasted coffee and today wasthe day that changed. They gave me an iced coffee and my sandwich was with very limpy bacon. Sadly I won't be back. Check allyour items before you leave this location.

I used to look forward to my morning Dunkin' coffee, sometimes visiting twice a day. It was a staple in our household of 6. However, since the ownership changed, all the recipes seem different. My iced coffee now tastes burnt and bitter, and even looks different in appearance. I gave the new place a fair shot, but after multiple visits, I found it to be too pricey for what you get. I would rather just make my own coffee at home than continue to come here.

A year ago this review would have been 5 stars, but I have been vastly disappointed with the new ownership/staff. My family comes for donuts every weekend and almost every time over the last couple months they have been out of the donuts we havewanted. Probably time to go to a different location. I really enjoy Dunkin's cold brew coffee. My go-to order is usually the Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese, which is amazing! However, today I decided to try the Avocado on Sourdough toast with Roasted Tomatoes and it was absolutely delicious!

This is the best iced coffee I've ever had! It's like a little piece of heaven! The rewards program is also a great perk - I love getting a free drink after earning so many points. This place is the best!

Love this place !!! The employee's are great they see me pull up and they have my order ready by the time I get in the store !!! Wouldn't change anything about Dunkin donuts off Buttermilk

I have always loved Dunkin's sweet ice cream and never had a bad cup of coffee from them, but this was a first.
