Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

This location is very hit or miss. You?ll get a different experience pretty much every time. The drive thru is incredibly slow. Even when there?s only 2-3 cars in line, the service is extremely slow. There?s also no way to exit the line if they do not havewhat you want (talked more about below). I realize that pretty much every Dunkin? in the area does this, but they don?t tell youyour order total until you get to the window. I find it frustrating because I would like to know if I need to reload Dunkin? appbefore getting to the window. If I have to wait until I get to the window to reload. I end up holding up the line a bit. Everytime I have gone to this location recently their card readers...

Be aware when placing walk-in mobile order, sometimes when they are short staffed they close the lobby. Then you?re stuck waiting in an even longer drive thru line than normal. I get that they need to close the lobby, but they need to disable walkin mobile order when they do that.

Boo! Sign outside states closing time on Sunday is 8:00p yet the doors were locked and the workers leaving out the back door at 6:00p. I hope the owner of this location knows about this. Seems shady because there was no courtesy sign in the door aboutearly closing time.

Rude employees. Waited 15 minutes for a bagel that they accidentally gave to someone else then when i asked where my bagel was the employee gave me a nasty attitude then she still got my order wrong. Made me late to work. Reserva una mesa ahora

Seriously save yourself the headache and go to a different location! The owner should be embarrassed by their employees lack of customer service and human decency! What a joke!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great coffee too. They exceeded all expectations when they helped me use their app on my phone. Thank you.
