I visited Dunkin Donuts in Park Ridge on the evening of October 21, 2021. I was the only customer in the store, with two employees behind the counter. Despite being present for over 4 minutes, neither employee acknowledged my presence. A simple greeting would have been appreciated. One employee continued to sweep while the other was within close proximity to me, yet neither made any effort to acknowledge me as a customer. This is the second time this has occurred and will be my last visit to Dunkin Donuts. While losing one customer may not make a difference to them, I can't help but wonder how many others have been similarly ignored. A simple nod or hello would have sufficed.
I went to this dunkin since I was very small, and the staff still remembers me with name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff who work here are incredibly friendly and warm to all customers. In addition, they are extremely hard working! Call me biased, but I have worked two barista jobs and it is extremely stressful and fear-inducing work. So, treat your baristas (especially as great as Park Ridge Dunkins! with patience and kindness! Love to this Dunkin Crew <3
I've always loved this Dunkin' location! My mom managed the original Puerto Rico store when it first opened in the early 90s. Every time we return to town after moving out of state 15 years ago, stopping here for coffee is a must. The only downside we've noticed recently is the removal of tables and chairs. I understand this was necessary during the pandemic for social distancing, but now there’s still no seating available to enjoy a coffee. What's going on with that?
Love the convenience and quality of food. Having ice cream, ice cream and donuts at the fingertips is a big bonus. Only disappointment is the fact that this place used to be 24 hours and now close to 10:00.

Really awesome dunkin ! Hard workers and always very fast and professional . One of the best I’ve been too and I get dunkin and Starbucks almost 5-6 days a week in different locations :
First time visit to this location. They are all about the same. The selection of donuts change as supply and demand dictates, so that is catch as catch can. But that is expected.

Just a great place to go a cup of coffee and a lit snack. The staff is always very friendly and friendly.
Only one super sweet worker at night with a line of customers. Not his fault but they need more staff.
