Awful. You may as well just close this location. The man working last night (10/19 around 7pm) was extremely high, didn?t take my order, called me ?baby?, and then proceeded to have a conversation with whoever was inside with him about baby mama drama orsomething instead of making our drinks. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for two coffees and ended up just leaving beforeeven getting them because he wasn?t doing ANYTHING. Get better employees or just close this location. We only went to this oneas a last resort. Get a grip.
The man taking my order was really rude. Maybe he was having a bad day but I was just trying to order for 4 people because the doors to walk in and order individually were locked so drive through was our only option. I mean I understand being overwhelmedbut he basically told me to hurry up while ordering and kept making back handed comments. The red headed lady was sweet though.
My daughter almost literally keeps this place in business, LOL, so I've had occasion to be in here many times. The staff and the manager cultivate a truly warm, hometown experience. They recognize, engage and chat up all their regulars. It's a Chillaxatmosphere where you can laugh, listen to tunes and be served your Dunkin' favorites w/a smile. Good people!
Bouls an a-word I can?t say in a review. He?s rude so I just drove off an left him with my order. Two other Dunkin?s in the area, don?t go to this one. If they give you an attitude don?t take it because nobody should be comfortable being disrespectfulto customers like that.

I visited in the late afternoon and was impressed by the young man working alone while others were absent or unavailable. Despite the circumstances, he maintained a positive attitude. I truly admire his work ethic and wish him all the best.
Five stars for Friday night car thru staff that is polite, accurate and fast. I never sit in a long drive thru line, my order is always right and his manners are on point! He makes it a pleasure to do business with this D
I really appreciate the staff at this Dunkin' Donuts. They are friendly and respectful. After experiencing poor service at another location, I came here, and they accurately filled my order from the menu.
Drive in for coffee. 3.38 gave 5.00 gave me 1.00. Asked where change. Said he put in tip jar without asking.WHAT!!!!!! ASKED HIM FOR IT BACK said didnt remember how much.WHAT!!!!!
