I typically don't write reviews, but I feel that this Dunkin' Donuts has such poor service that it's important to warn others. Recently, I moved near this location, making it my go-to Dunkin'. Unfortunately, the food is always undercooked. Even though I expect some items to be cold when ordering the door bag, the breakfast sandwiches consistently have unmelted cheese and doughy bread. I've had to learn to preheat my toaster so I can cook the sandwich properly when it arrives. The hash browns are also often soggy. Additionally, they have messed up my order multiple times. When I've called to address the issue, they still fail to get it right. Even something as simple as ordering an unflavored...

Horrible! Every time I go to the drive thru here there is an issue. Either they give me the wrong coffee or it tastes like it’s a day old. I just deal with it because it isn’t until I get home that I taste it. Today was the final straw hence I’mfinally leaving a review. The woman who took my order at drive thru was very rude over the speaker. She was actually annoyed that I asked a question. Then she was shoving napkins in the bag like she was still annoyed when I got to the window and of course something I ordered wasn’t in the bag so I went back to get it. I don’t even know what I did so wrong, but this is unacceptable. Other Dunkin Donuts in the area are clean, take pride in their product...

I don't know how to give a negative star. but that should get this dunkin. they're worse. No one can do something right. it's a place where they can get coffee, and they're kidding it forever! as if they taste it from the coffee if not old. I don't understand why they're in a position to remain in business. their staff are not friendly. they act as if we disturb the customers when we arrive to order. I'm so disappointed. and the prices change every time I go. how do I order a medium and a big one and will be loaded 2 large? they never give you a reception. if I don't understand why there isn't any order? the best one is still the carry that shows is never the specified amount. Do not wear masks was the last straw for me, that is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. They are always rude, talk to customers like they are laps, always scream towards each other, so no customer orders can hear. Also good luck, your right order or something, that is not two weeks old. They’re absolutely horrible, I am constantly ordering from this Dunkin’ off Uber eats I call after I place the order to simply just ask them to cook the bacon twice so it doesn’t come rubbery and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Very very good ?, this time, the lady was very nice and actually made my ice coffee exactly how I asked for it and fresh donuts! This dunkin donuts for sure hands down.... and they are not rude....

I am very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. It does not matter to me whether the employees are vaccinated or not, they should still wear masks while handling food.

Drive thru is frequently backed up to the street with 0 sense of urgency as customers literally can't enter the parking lot.
