Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a dozen donuts shaped like the number 7 for my son's birthday two days ago. However, when my husband went to pick them up, we discovered that the order had never been placed. Additionally, two other customers at the store were also expressing their dissatisfaction with their orders. I would suggest going to the other Dunkin' Donuts location on Kinderkamack Road instead.

Don't follow through with customer service promise and although you don't expect it, disappointing that you would offer and not fulfill. Do better . It shows how customers are treated. I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for months, and the new manager is really disappointing. Every morning when I come in, nothing is restocked, which has been making me late for work daily. There used to be a Filipino family that run this place like a 5-star coffee joint. The new staff seems disinterested and not as friendly with customers. Still a descent location but not what it used to be.
