I often stop at the East Greenbush location on my way to work to get my coffee just right. I consistently order the same drinks: a sugar cookie-flavored coffee with one sugar, extra cream, well-stirred, and an egg white veggie wake-up wrap. Some days, it's perfect, but other times, it lacks the sugar cookie flavor, and they have acknowledged this and fixed it. However, this morning, I noticed that the sugar cookie flavor was missing again. When I mentioned this to a male employee, he took my feedback personally and became defensive. If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I simply wanted to use the restroom after ordering at the drive-thru. When the female employee came out, we hesitated because we weren't sure who would go first. Instead of understanding, she snapped at us with a nasty attitude, saying, “Okay, just stand there.” I didn’t catch her name, but her behavior was shocking to me. I worked at Wendy's for six years, and I would never have treated a customer that way, especially over something minor like not grabbing a door immediately. "They consistently get my orders correct, and I find it convenient to place them through the app for a fast and seamless experience. As for accessibility, the entrance is wheelchair-friendly. I usually opt for takeout during breakfast, and the prices are very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person."

One star says it all. The service is awful, and the coffee had a burnt taste. It seems like all the staff cares about is rushing customers through the drive-thru. This company really needs to return to its roots.

Try the new mango cooler (refresher). Had a donut, iced tea. Great for car ride. New light meals aboard. Looks great. Friendly staff. Always a great treat twice a week.
