This is my favorite place to grab a coffee. My son loves their donuts. The staff here is friendly and always cheerful, welcoming customers with a smile and managing orders efficiently. It’s typically not very crowded, making it easy for us to order our favorite drinks and enjoy some quiet time in a cozy corner. The venue is tidy and well-kept, and the service is fast and precise. I can’t get enough of their caramel latte; it’s the best I’ve ever tasted, even better than Starbucks!

Karmjeet is very sarcastic and rude. He often refuses to provide the correct drink, even though he doesn't prepare them himself. There are too many instances of poor customer service at Dunkin' to justify visiting when customers aren’t getting what they paid for.

I ordered a large drink, but it was filled with at least two-thirds ice. The drink tasted good, but the amount I received didn’t justify the price.
The restaurant used to be open around the clock, which was fantastic. However, it has now changed its operating hours.
