I ordered a coffee and avocado toast on the app before the store got busy. I had my coffee but they had given my toast away to someone who ordered in store after they made a verbal comment about them being slow. This was after about 10 minutes of theorder being placed. The line began to grow and they prioritized the people in the store. After 15 minutes I asked how long itwould be for the rest of my order and the lady took the ticket and BEGAN making the rest of the food. They had handed out atleast 5 orders of hot food including the toast that was supposed to be for my order. The lady who works in the morning was so rude to me this morning. She accused me of not paying last time when I got a hot coffee but I literally did cuz I showed her that the money has been deducted from my account. She was like ?idk about that but yourcard didn?t work last time and I had to cancel the order? and she charged me for a large iced coffee but I been getting hotcoffee since the winter started.
