I went through the drive-thru and ordered two drinks: the mango lemonade and a pineapple drink. The lady at the window repeated my order and told me to go to the next window. When I received the drinks, they looked a bit watery, but I assumed it was just because they hadn't mixed them well. However, when I got home and tasted them, they were horrible.
I called the restaurant to complain, and the person who answered told me that they had discontinued the lemonade. I explained that the cashier should have informed me of this before I paid, so I could decide if I still wanted the drink without lemonade. The sandwich was nicely made, featuring what seemed to be precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. However, the iced coffee had a grainy texture that I didn’t enjoy. I’m not sure if this is usual for Dunkin’ or if it wasn’t mixed properly. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and seemed to be carefully maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant!
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Dunkin'. My boyfriend was subjected to racial profiling, and the staff even asked his mother to get out of the car simply because he used her card to pay. They refused to believe him, which was extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise against visiting this location.
The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!

This place is a real hidden gem! It features a pizza joint, Dunkin' Donuts, cold beer, and even gaming machines. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m in Chicago.
The service and quality are consistently excellent. Giovanni is always prompt in taking your order and greets you with a smile every time.
