Dunkin' - Reserva de mesa

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The intercom was difficult to hear due to power washing next door, so I drove up to the window to place my order. Unfortunately, the owner was unhelpful and spoke down to me. I explained that I couldn’t hear the intercom, but he insisted I wait and refused to serve me, demanding that I go back to the end of the drive-thru line. I visit this location weekly, but after this encounter, I won’t be returning. While the staff was great, the owner’s attitude is unacceptable, and I’ve heard him speak negatively about customers before. This time, I happened to be on the receiving end of his rudeness.

Employee must of been high or on drugs because I was asking for a large iced coffee 4 cream/4 Carmel Swirl. Said he didn?t understand how to do that from hot coffee. Said why would we order a coffee different. Then he was talking over me and my sisterabout how the coffee was gonna be different. We asked if he was ok or if he was high (his eyes were red and glossy). We didn?teven bother finishing our order. I order from Dunkin? on a regular basis

I place a mobile order here and when I entered the store the owner told me they weren't open yet. It was 5:10am at that point and he told me I had to wait 20mins for them to open. I tried to cancel my order but the app doesn't let you. It's not the firsttime I have been here but it certainly is the last. The other times I have gone they either didn't have what I wanted or theymessed it up.

It seems they’ve stopped serving breakfast, as the older gentleman who works there refuses to prepare it. That’s likely why the place has lost its customers, and he's not very polite either. Reserva una mesa ahora

The store hours indicate they close at 6 PM, but I arrived at 5:30 and found the doors locked.
