When I ask for ice water at Starbucks, they always ask me what size cup I want. I’ve decided I won’t be coming back here again. I expressed my concerns to corporate, and they said they would inform the franchise owner. I'm seriously considering deleting the inconvenient app, too, and sticking with Starbucks instead. It’s a shame because I visit Starbucks 2-3 times a day nearly every day, and was even thinking of switching my business to Dunkin'.

We were here few mins back, just went to the main entrance to check if they were still open as we had parked our car near gotta dance for a class. There were bunch of teenager employees who went on to laugh and make gestures at us through the glass window. I was with my 2 young kids and their behavior was humiliating to say the least. Why would they even do that??

After ordering a sandwich on an EVERYTHING bagel, was asked a 2nd time (at the window now) what was on the EVERYTHING bagel? I repeated what I already ordered. I ended up with a croissant! I mean I understand it might not be the hardest job, but cmon man. You kids gotta pay attention, it 's not that hard. I seriously worry about our future!!
Prices are extremely high already and the quality of food didn’t match .Egg and cheese in English muffin was not at all toasted and given to me in cold condition .This is the one I got after paying $5 .Never going back here

It was my birthday and I couldn’t even get a free donut. Online it says that you can get a free donut but a worker, Regina, did not let me get one. Horrible experience
